The Russian company TRIF has developed its own unique technology for manufacturing LED light bars for facade lighting. Now our LANE FACADE OPTIC lights are manufactured using a new technology. When manufacturing LED light bars, we use the technology of milling the housing made of a monolith of AMG6 corrosion-resistant aluminum. This allows us to remove all the ready-made elements from the production cycle, which inevitably lead to leakage of the housing over time. The lenses are securely sealed under a PLEXIGLAS® polymethylmethacrylate insert. This acrylate is more solid than glass and has unique optical properties, namely maximum color rendering (over 90%). Plexiglass is chemical-proof and salt-resistant. It does not change its properties under the influence of high and low temperatures, sunlight, or precipitation. The manufacturer's warranty against fading and yellowing is 20 years.

Premium optics are used inside the light bar, consisting of reflectors that eliminate the blinding effect, and high-performance lenses. Such optics creates highlight illumination of individual architectural elements, linear illumination, and facade floodlighting. Also, TRIF LED light bars are used to create a sliding illumination that provides highlighting the texture of a rough surface (for example, brickwork or masonry work). The reflectors are available in black or white, with glossy or matte surfaces. Thus, our LED light bars are suitable for solving all the basic tasks of architectural lighting.

LANE FACADE OPTIC LED light bars comply with the IP69K Ingress Protection Code, which guarantees consistent performance in any amount of precipitation and protects against the inside condensation which is harmful to electronics. All TRIF products are designed for use in the Russian weather conditions. Our outdoor floodlights and light bars will last a long time and will not require repair or replacement. The operating life claimed by the LED manufacturer is up to 100,000 hours. Meanwhile, TRIF's guarantee for LANE FACADE OPTIC facade light bars is up to three years of year-round operation.
