This Policy applies to all the information posted on the websites http://trif.ru and http://trif-light.com (hereinafter referred to as the Websites), which OOO TRIF registered at 197229, Russia, St. Petersburg, 83 Lakhtinsky Prospekt, Bldg. 2 (hereinafter referred to as TRIF) can obtain with regard to the User during his/her use of the Websites, services, programs, and products.

The use of the services of the Websites implies the User's unconditional agreement (offer acceptance) with this TRIF Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data specified herein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the services.

1. Users’ personal information processed by TRIF

1.1. In the framework of this Policy, the term “the User's personal information” refers to:

1.1.1. Any personal information which the User provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the User's personal data. The information mandatory for the provision of the Services has special markings. Other information is provided by the User at his/her discretion.

1.1.2. The data that is automatically transferred to the TRIF Services when they are used via the software installed on the User’s device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s web-browser (or another program that allows access to the Services), technical specifications of the hardware and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages, and other similar information.

1.1.3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is stipulated by the terms of use of certain TRIF Services.

1.2. This Policy applies only to the information processed during the use of the TRIF Services. TRIF neither controls nor is responsible for the processing of information by any third-party websites, to which the User may proceed following the links available on the TRIF website.

1.3. TRIF neither verifies the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User nor has the possibility to assess his/her capacity. However, TRIF assumes that the user provides accurate and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

2. The purpose of processing Users’ personal information

2.1. TRIF collects and stores only that personal information which is necessary for the provision of the Services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except when the law provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.

2.2. TRIF processes the User's personal Information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identifying the party within the framework of the Services, agreements, and contracts with TRIF;

2.2.2. Providing the User with personalized Services and executing agreements and contracts;

2.2.3. Communicating with the User (establishing feedback with the User), including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Services, execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing of requests and orders submitted by the User;

2.2.4. Improving the quality and usability of the Services, developing new Services;

2.2.5. Conducting statistical and other analyses based on anonymized data;

2.2.6. Notifying the TRIF User about the promotions, news, Services of TRIF.

3. Terms of processing Users' personal information and transferring it to third parties

3.1. TRIF stores Users' personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of the specific services.

3.2. The User's information remains confidential, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself to be accessed by the general public. When using individual Services, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

3.3. TRIF has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1. User consented to such actions;

3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain Service or for the execution of a specific agreement or contract with the User;

3.3.3. The transfer is stipulated by the Russian or other applicable legislation within the procedure established by law;

3.3.4. Such transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), and the acquirer is transferred all the obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy with respect to the personal information received;

3.3.5. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of TRIF or third parties in cases where the User violates this Policy.

3.3.6. As a result of the processing and anonymization of the User's personal information, anonymous statistical data is obtained, which may be transferred to a third party for the purposes of conducting research, performing work or providing services by order of TRIF.

3.4. When processing the Users' personal data, TRIF is guided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

4. Changing and deleting personal data. Mandatory data storage

4.1. The User can change (update, supplement) the personal information provided or any part thereof at any time.

4.2. The User can also delete the personal information provided within a certain account. In this case, the deletion may render impossible the use of some TRIF Services.

4.3. The rights provided for in paragraphs 4.1. and 4.2. of this Policy may be limited as required by law. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of TRIF to store the information changed or deleted by the User for a period established by law and to transfer such information to a public authority in accordance with the procedure established by law.

5. Measures employed to protect the User's personal information

5.1. TRIF takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, deletion, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties.

6. Changing and amending the Privacy Policy. Applicable law

6.1. TRIF has the right to make changes to and amend this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the current edition includes the date of the last amendment. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless the new version of the Policy stipulates otherwise. 6.2. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and the relationship between the User and TRIF arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
