TRIF | New finished project: Lights at the Akulovsky Vodokanal embankment (Korolev)

The Akulovsky Vodokanal has long been a favorite recreation place for residents of Korolev. Originally constructed in 1933-1937, the site underwent a rearrangement in 2018. Its purpose was to connect the parts of the city with the help of the Akulovskiy Vodokanal and create a comfortable recreational environment while preserving the functional zones and ecosystems.

The rearrangement project has been completed. Now the territory boasts a pedestrian bridge, as well as cycling and skating paths. The embankment has also received plenty of improvements. Durable wood species treated with a special compound were used for the cladding, and TRIF LUNA LED luminaires were selected for the lighting scheme. These models fit the general concept of modern urban space improvement perfectly, being both stylish in appearance and vandal-proof.

The project employed a total of 350 TRIF LUNA luminaires. They were installed along the embankment border. Their light creates a beautiful outline, which is reflected on the water surface. TRIF LUNA luminaires were singled out due to both their aesthetic appeal and unique properties:

  • Suitable for operation at temperatures from -60° to +50° C.

  • IP69K protection against dust and moisture, which ensures uninterrupted functioning in heavy rain and even under ice.

  • Impact-resistant Plexiglass and stainless steel body that withstands mechanical impacts from bottles, stones, and other heavy objects.

Worth noting, TRIF LUNA luminaires are customizable. If necessary, you can select the wattage, opt for brass as the main body material, and specify the required dimensions. Besides, several mounting options are available, and the luminaire can be painted in any color of the RAL chart.
